Body Building 

In 2021, I set out on an exciting bucket list goal to transform my body through bodybuilding. Competing in the Masters Bikini Division, I proudly secured second place in my first show with UKDFBA and made it to the top five in PCA federations. My journey didn't stop there, as I was honoured to receive invitations to compete in the British Finals for both divisions. This experience has fuelled my passion for fitness and personal growth.
