Initial Consultations

All clients for personal training will be required to have an initial consultation, where I gather an insight into your lifestyle, barriers and goals.  This form will now be completed electronically to avoid sharing of paperwork.

Clients

Door handles are cleaned frequently.  I will open/close any doors leading into and out of the gym area.  Clients are required to sanitise their hands on arrival and upon departure.  Hand washing facilities are provided with disposable hand towels.  Fitness sessions will be spaced apart to ensure maximal safety for all clients.

Equipment and Facilities

Any equipment to be used by the client will be sanitised before and after the session.  All fitness sessions will be planned in order to limit the equipment used.  The attached shower room will be disinfected between all clients attending at KaurGym.  Unfortunately, the showering facility and towel service will be unavailable for clients until further guidelines are provided by the Government.
